It contains the alignment between all stakeholders, installing a mutual agreed meeting schedule, service reporting and playing the role of a SPOC for this service agreement.
The objective of Computacenter’s CX Management is to help our customer to continuously realize tangible business value from their investments in digital innovations. The CX manager will assist our customers to drive value through the entire lifecycle which includes the adoption and integration of digital innovation into your business processes and applications.
